Education
Wang Hui received his Doctor Degree of Engineer from Kumamoto University (Japan) in 2005, Master of Architecture from Hunan University in 2002 and Bachelor of Engineer from Wuhan University in 1992.
Professional Employment
After the post-doctor research in Tsinghua University in 2007 he became an associate professor in Zhejiang University. His academic interests and professional practice cover geometric tools in architectural design, spatial analysis in vernacular residence of southern China, and installation & material research. Wang Hui is in charge of two research projects funded by the National Science Foundation of China and Zhejiang province. He is also Chinese first-grade registered architect and won a few design awards including Architectural Creation Award by UAD. He was invited to participate some important design exhibitions such as Bi-City Biennale of UrbanismArchitecture 2013 in Shenzhen, IDW international Design Week of Hangzhou 2014, Beyond Architecture 2015 in Shanghai etc.
