Professional Employment
Has worked in Hangzhou Architectural Design And Research Institute (1986-2001) and Nanjing Architectural Design And Research Institute (2001-2004), as an architect, chief architect, design director, deputy general manager, chief architect and other technical and management positions; As a high-end personnel introduced by Zhejiang University, teachers in college of engineering and architecture,Zhejiang University in 2001.

1.Nanjing Library, the gold medal award of national construction engineering award,the first prize of outstanding designs in Jiangsu province, the first prize of science and technology progress award in Jiangsu province (as the first author).
2.The Control Centre of Nanjing Xuanwu Lake Tunnel, the bronze medal award of national excellent architecture designs, the second prize of national excellent architecture designs of the ministry of construction, the second prize of excellent architecture designs in Jiangsu province (as the first author).
3.Ghana National Theatrem, the first prize of excellent architecture designs in Zhejiang province, the second prize of excellent architecture designs of the ministry of construction (as one of the main authors, directed by academician Cheng Taining ).
4.Mali Parliament House, the first prize of excellent architecture designs in Zhejiang province, the architectural creation award (as one of the main authors, directed by academician Cheng Taining ).

Honors/Awards
As the first and primary author,has won a gold medal award of national construction projects,a bronze medal of national outstanding architectural designs. As the first and primary author and one of the main authors,has won two second prize of outstanding architectural designs issued by the ministry of construction.As the first and primary author,has won four third prize of outstanding architecture designs issued by the ministry of construction and the ministry of education,more than ten items of first ,second or third prizes of outstanding architectural designs in provinces and cities.In 1997, has won the chinese young architects award;in 2004, has been awarded a second prize of outstanding works of Shanghai international young architects; in 2005, has been selected as one of chinese modern outstanding young architects. Has won the bid and won the first prize more than ten times both in domestic and international major competitions as the first author.
Professional Memberships
Has successively held the posts of the committee member in the construction committee of engineering construction experts of Jiangsu province, Nanjing urban planning committee, Guangxi Nanning urban planning committee and Ningbo urban planning committee of distinguished design evaluation experts. Promoted to senior architect in 1995 exceptionally, to professor of senior architect in August 2002 ; Elected in the first batch of Hangzhou cross-century outstanding scientific and technological personnel in 1995, elected as one of the new century academic leaders of "333" project in Jiangsu province in 2002.
