A number of transportation research postdoctoral positions are available at the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. The candidate will work with the faculty members in the transportation program and participate in multiple projects involving transportation modeling, behavioral modeling, transportation demand modeling, Big Data and data analysis.
Qualified applicants should have a PhD degree obtained in recent years, expertise in advanced econometrics, network modeling, data acquisition and data analytics. Outstanding candidates with expertise in other areas will also be considered.
