Requirements:
• Minimum of three years’ experience in the design of bridges
• Experience in computer software for the analysis of structures
• Willing to learn how to design high-tech precast segmental bridge structures, sophisticated analysis methods and integration of BIM into the design approach.
• A challenging attitude to the solution of engineering problems to achieve cost-effective designs and develop innovative solutions
• Production of design deliverables – packages of calculation, drawings, design report, etc.
• Collaborate with other engineers and BIM/CAD technicians
• Good English communication skills both oral and written
• Oral interview, and paper examination
Desired:
项目要求
• Experience in designing structural bridge components using 3D finite element analysis approach
•有使用三维有限元分析(FEA)方法设计结构桥梁部构件的经验
• Experience in designing concrete bridges
• Experience in Level A design institute
• Knowledge of computer language programming and AutoCAD
这个JD有一些工作经验要求，可以忽略，应为这个要求是对社招的要求，对应届毕业生的工作经验要求可以忽略。

1-此岗位对桥梁设计中的 结构设计和力学计算 专业能力由较高要求，同时英语需要用作工作语言，；
2-如果有机会入职Tony Gee，甲方公司和猎头公司会协作收到Offer的同学拿到香港的工作签证，可以方便的往返香港和深圳口岸；
3-同时甲方公司会协作入职候选人考取香港的建筑师执照，如拿到香港建筑师执照，会由涨薪安排；
4-如果在香港工作时间强积金(香港社保和公积金)交满7年，可以拿到香港的身份，同时其配偶和直系子女也可以拿到香港身份，可以使用香港的医疗资源和教育资源。
