Research Associate Position in Structural Engineering at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University
A Research Associate position is available in a project on the performance simulation of tall concrete buildings subjected to seismic loading led by Professor Jin-Guang Teng. The monthly salary will be in the range of HK$15,000-HK$18,000. Provided that satisfactory progress is made, the financial support will be available for four years.
Applicants must possess a PhD degree in civil engineering with a strong background in the numerical simulation of structural behavior. He should also have the ability to undertake high-quality experimental work.
