The topic of the lecture would be on the Finnish architect, Alvar AALTO (1898-1976). This lecture reviews the life and work of the renowned Finnish modernist architect Alvar AALTO, and provides insight into the qualities of his important works: the Paimio Sanatorium, the Villa Mairea, the Saynatsalo Town Hall, the Vuoksenniska Church.
