Job description
Construction Trainee (20人)
Career development:
发展方向：
1、 Product Engineer / Product Manager
-- The ideal candidate will be able to work with German headquarter and provide in-depth technical analysis of specific products as requested;
作为产品分析专业性人才，负责与德国总部对产品需求进行分析，并与研发人员进行技术性探讨;
2、Construction Consultant-Implementation
--Provide a pre-implementation consultancy service by understanding and accurately interpreting client’s requirements and business conditions in order to make appropriate recommendations.
作为顾问性人才，提供售前建筑专业顾问，并指导分析顾客需求，解决顾客专业方面的问题。
Requirements:
-- Bachelor or above degree, good command of English.
本科或以上学历，英文熟练；
--An interdisciplinary talent with major in construction/civil engineering; and who is interested in advanced construction software solutions and have IT skills are highly preferred.
复合型人才，具备建筑相关背景专业知识，并对先进的建筑软件整体解决方案感兴趣，如有IT相关技能优先。
IT Trainee (30人)
Work at the Core of Every Product We Build, Suitable candidate will work in an international context and interact with German R&D centers.
This is where the fun begins for code gurus like you. As a hands-on Software Development Engineer, you'll make decisions about design and feature implementation, using your mastery of technical tools to make a product vision a reality. Requirements:
-- Strong desire to develop career on Software Development;
对软件开发技术有浓厚兴趣；
--Good at C++/C# programming, have project development experience is preferred;
有C++/C#编程经验优先考虑；
--2011 Fresh Graduates with Bachelor Degree, major in IT / Computer relative is preferred; 2011年本科计算机相关专业应届毕业生；
--Quick Learner and logical thinking.
学习能力及逻辑能力强。
