梁坚凝教授简介：
Professor Christopher Leung obtained his B.Sc (Hon), M.S. and Ph.D degrees from the University of Hong Kong, University of California, Berkeley and MIT, respectively. After teaching at MIT as Assistant and Associate Professor, he joined HKUST in 1997 and is currently Professor and Head of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. Professor Leung’s research interest is in the general area of construction materials, covering the mechanics of composite, fracture mechanics, application of composites in civil engineering as well as the mechanics-based design of optical fiber sensors. Prof. Leung is active in the international research community. He has served on the editorial board of many journals and is the Honorary President of RILEM for Year 2011.
